Administrator Instructions

Our Web Site allows you, or any employees you authorize, to access your company's account data. You may view the details of a single voucher, or an entire invoice. You may refine your searches by criteria including account number, voucher number, date range, credit card number, passenger name.

To obtain your password, please click "Order a Car", then click "Click Here to Place an Order", then click "register". We will process your application as quickly as possible, usually within two business days. At the same time, you will receive an Operation Code and Login Name

On our home page, click ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY.

On our ACCOUNT LOG ON page, enter the Operation Code "BAC/CC", your Login Name and Password.

Currently, there are 6 report options available for your use:

1) Customer Invoice Inquiry The invoice's data can be sorted by clicking on any of the column headings. The money columns sort in descending order. The informational columns sort in ascending order. It may also be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet, allowing you to analyze all of the data in any way you choose. You may view an image of any of the invoice's vouchers by clicking on the voucher's number. You may print the image on your local printer.

2) Customer Invoice Inquiry by Date Use this option if you do not know the invoice number but do know its date.

3) Single Voucher Inquiry Use this option if you know both the voucher number and the ride date. You may view the voucher's image, and print it on your local printer.

4) Voucher Range Lookup - Invoiced Vouchers Only This option will display all the data for all your invoiced rides for a range of dates. Again, the data may be sorted, and you may view and or print the vouchers.

5) Voucher Range Lookup - All Vouchers - by Account or Credit Card This option is the same as 4) but includes all vouchers that we have posted, even if they have not yet appeared on an invoice. You may refine your search by the employee's account number or by a specific credit card number.

6) Credit Card Lookup Using this option, you may refine your search by giving a range of dates and/or the passenger's last name.
