When entering an order in our online reservation system, please be aware that there are new confirmation methods that may be selected. There are several options, please choose one. The choices in the pull-down box are:
- E-Mail Confirmation
You must enter a valid email address.... eg: YourName@YourCompany.com. Please note that the e-mail is sent AFTER the job is dispatched, not at the time you finish the order entry.
- Live Operator Confirmation
Our representative will call you with your car number and ETA.
- Live Operator Confirmation and E-mail sent
Our representative will call you with your car number and ETA and an e-mail is sent AFTER the job is dispatched, NOT at the time you finish the order entry.
- No Call - Web Confirmation
You prefer to look up the status yourself on our website.
- Automated Telephone Confirmation
This is an Automated Message Callback system with your car number and ETA.
- Automated Telephone Confirmation and E-mail sent
This is an Automated Message Callback system that will call you back with your car number and ETA and an email is sent AFTER the job is dispatched, NOT at the time you finish the order entry.
If you wish to print a copy of your order at the end of Order Entry, when the Job Summary Page is displayed, simply hold down CTRL and press P (CTRL + P).
