Service is provided by chauffeurs as contrasted with the drivers affiliated with Big Apple Car, and our friendly and experienced customer service representatives are trained to learn the preferences of our clientele, so that each ride is customized according to customer need.

 

Through VIP Gold, you can have your own personal chauffeur and many of our clients have one or two preferred chauffeurs for all of their service requests.

Clients are never greeted by an automated call attendant, even during the most inclement weather. 

 

The VIP Gold fleet is comprised of well-appointed, late model Mercedes S550s, Lincoln MKTs, Cadillac Escalades and Chevy Suburban’s. All vehicles are black on black.
