• All airport transfers are "Meet and Greet" inside at baggage with a name sign.
• There is no charge for the first half hour of airport waiting time for all domestic and international flights.
• VIP Gold does not impose a mandatory gratuity. We can however, attach an automatic gratuity to an account if desired by our clients.
• The minimum base rate charge for service (Manhattan to Manhattan local) is $58.
• Wait time is $52 per-hour charged in 15 minute intervals.
• Hourly transfers are priced $70 for the first hour and $55 each additional hour, charged in fifteen minute intervals. A two-hour minimum in Manhattan and a three-hour minimum in the outer boroughs required.
• Out-of-town transfers are priced point-to-point not hourly.
• Tolls and parking fees are charged separately.
• A 5% fuel surcharge, 2% NYS "Fund" charge and a 7% sales tax for transfers originating and ending in New Jersey only, are charged separately
• Advance reservations are preferred no less than three hours before pickup time.
• Chauffeurs will be on-site no less than 15 minutes before actual reservation time.
• There are no STC or garage-to-garage charges on the front and back end of a transfer.
• No-shows and cancellations are subject to full charge and cancellations of reservations must be made a minimum of 1 1/2 hours before local resrved transfers and 3 1/2 hours before out-of-town reserved transfers to avoid such charges.
• Fleet vehicles include "L" Series Lincolns (offered in both gasoline and **compressed natural gas (CNG) models), Cadillac DTS, Mercedes S500 Class, BMW 7 Series and Lexus sedans in addition to Escalades, Navigators, Yukon Denali, Yukons, Suburbans, Mercedes, Escape Hybrid and Lexus RX400H Hybrid SUV vehicles.
