Nearly all facets of life have been impacted and interrupted by Covid-19, and that obviously includes the Transportation Industry (although we are proud to have continued - uninterrupted - as an essential service throughout the pandemic). We wanted to take a moment though, to assure you that Big Apple Car and VIP Gold are committed to the health of our passengers, our drivers, and our employees. In order to best serve you during these difficult times, we have instituted new protocols so that we can safely get you wherever you may need to travel, with peace of mind, without having to forego the convenience and comfort that you're accustomed to.

- All of our sedans and SUV's have plexiglass partitions installed to completely separate the passenger and driver compartments.
- For larger vehicles, such as Vans and Buses, only every other seat may be occupied to encourage social distancing, and all passengers must wear face coverings.
- Drivers are always required to wear face masks (and gloves if you should require assistance with your luggage or belongings).
- Every vehicle is sanitized before the start of the work day, and again after EVERY trip by cleaning the following areas with an alcohol based disinfectant:
- Outside and inside passenger door handles;
- Passenger seats and headrests;
- Seat belt buckles;
- Passenger window control buttons.
- Vehicles are no longer permitted to provide periodicals or have any extra material that may be prone to germ retention in the passenger compartment.
- Every vehicle has these procedures clearly displayed for passengers' peace of mind; and to ensure 100% compliance, the placard displays our Company President's contact information, should any issues arise during your trip (Diana Clemente - diana@bigapplecar.com).
- And lastly, all of our office staff are working remotely (so please forgive us if you hear the occasional meow in the background of your call).
