I am pleased to provide you with my experiences with Big Apple VIP Gold service since we arrived at GT in September 2011.  Big Apple VIP Gold service has been the only car service Dennis has exclusively used for a little over 13  years.  This demonstrates that Big Apple VIP Gold service has always been a professional, reliable and customer-oriented operation.  I have never had a bad experience and the whole team is always knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. 

In the past, reservations were made via phone call and everyone was familiar with the account they were able to make the reservations efficiently.  At times, I would need assistance with locating a driver and everyone did their best to locate the driver.  Everyone was always pleasant and accommodating in finding the car. 

Presently, reservations are made via email.  My emails are always acknowledged immediately and the reservations are usually confirmed within a half hour.  The system also allows you to track the driver, which is a great feature. 

I would recommend Big Apple VIP Gold service wholeheartedly.  Thanks for your excellent service.

Greetings Diana.  We recently used Big Apple on October 12 and 13 while in New York to visit the Bronx Zoo and the Central Park Zoo.  We had a 9-member team of trustees and staff from Brookfield Zoo using your services and I can’t say enough about how patient and thoughtful your drivers were during out stay.  On October 12 your car service picked us up at LaGuardia and brought us to the Bronx Zoo.  We stayed there for a few hours and had no worries about our luggage safety or transportation back to Manhattan.  The same was true the next day when we were picked up at the Hilton on 6th Avenue and taken to Central Park Zoo, and, after our visit, taken to Penn Station to catch a train to DC.

 

Thank you for being reliable and having drivers who have a good sense of humor when 7 people are giving directions to them at one time (just kidding…maybe only 5 people were giving directions to the Bronx Zoo entrance!).  Anyway, great service! MAC
